Hum sabhi humesha swasth, khusal aur tension free life cahte hai, agar ap apne jivan me humesha khush rehna cahte hai toh ap sahi jagah par aye hai. Aj hum apse 20 tarike share karne ja rahe hai jisse apki life khusi se bhar jayegi aur ap ek tension free life  ji payenge.

1.Acche se nind kare: Nind humare liye behat jaruri hai,kyon ki ye hume tension free aur khus rakhta hai. Aksar dekha gaya hai joh log thik se nind nahi karte hai woh chir chire swabhav ke ho jate hai.

Jaise ki purane log kaha karte the, ki hume sham ko jaldi khana kha kar so jana chahiye taki humari nind puri ho jaye aur subah ap accha mehsus kar sake.

6. Acche Dost Banaye: agar life me hume acche friends mil jaye toh humari life bhot smooth ho jati hai, hum unke sath aoni feelings share kar sakte hai, usnke sath masti kar sakte hai, unke sath kahi door ghumne ja sakte hai.

14. Goal set karna: apne life me kuch goal set kare ki ap future me kya banna cahte hai ya kuch na kuch chota mota achievement jaise ki 3 mahino me mujhe khud ki bike lene hai, mujhe class me top karna hai, mujhe apne ghar walo ke liye kuch karna hai, apne business ko age leke jana hai.

Agar ap chota chota goal set karte hai toh apko us goal ko pura karne me pura energy laga dena cahiye or jab who goal pura hota hai apko ek khushi ka aisas hota hai.

15. Apne Life Se Pyar Kare: jab tak ap khud ko khus nahi rakh sakte tab tak ap dusro ko khus nahi kar sakte yeh bhot simple si baat hai. Ap jis bhi condition me hon apne life se pyar karna sikhe khud ko humesha motivate karte rahe acche acche books padhe, music sune, movies dekhe, meditation kare in sabhi chizo ke karne se apka natar man khus ho jata hai or apki khusi apke cehre se jhlakti hai.
