FIBER - Garbhavaasta ke dauran jaise - jaise bhroon bhadhata hai waise waise kabj ka bhi khatra badha jata hai. Esliye 4th month se hi fiber yukat aahar lena suru kar dena chahie. Fiber ki waale aanaj jaise daal, hari sabjiya, jai aadi ko apne aahar me shamil kare. Sabut aanaj vitamin B ke sath sath fiber ka bada srot hai ise bhi apne aahar me shamil karna chahie.

FRUITS - Taaje falo me bahut sare vitamin, khanij, fiber aur paani ki bhi bharpoor matra hoti hai. Apple, Banana, orange, in sabhi faalo me vitamin bharpoor hota hai jisse apko labha milta hai. Faalo ke sath sath faalo ke juice ka bhi sewan kiya jana chahie jisse body me energy bhi bani rahti hai.

MILK & MILK PRODUCTS - Garbhavaastha ke 4th mahine me aapke bachhe ka vikas teji se hota hai. Isliye is dauran aapko calcium ki jyada jarurat hoti hai. Aapko dudh aur dudh se bane padartho ka jyada sewan karna chahie taki aapka aur aapke bachhe ki haddiyo ko viksit karne me madad karta hai.

NUTS & DRIED FRUITS - Pista, akharot, baadam, nuts, khajur, anjir aise hi dry fruits jo vitamins, calcium, iron se bharpoor hote hai unhe bhi apne diet me shamil kar sakte hai.

VASA- AML - Apko aur aapke bchhe ko garbhaawastha k dauran aahar me jaruri vasa ki bhi aavashkyata hoti hai. Samay se pahle bachhe ko janam dena, wajan ka kam hona, in sabhi presaniyo ko kam karta hai.

4th MONTH PREGNANCY DIET - KYA NAHI KHANA CHAHIYE

Caffeine: Agar aapko chai ya coffee pine ki aadat hai toh, use avoid karne ki kosis kare. Dhyan rakhkhe ki aap din bhar me 200 mg se jayda caffeine na le. Yah jaruri nahi ki sirf chai aye coffee me hi caffeine hota hai aur bhi bhot si aise chije hai jinme caffeine paya jata hai jaise chocolates, cold drinks, soft drinks etc.

Alcohol: waise toh ham sabhi jante hai ki sharab pina sehat ke liye hanikarak hota hai khas kar pregnant mahilayon ke liye. Pregnancy ke time pe alcohol pine se samay se pahle delivery hone ka khatra badh jata hai aur iske sath-sath bacche ko kai prakar ki janm-jaat bima ari ho jane ka khatra bana rahta hai.

Tobacco: Mardo ke jaise kuch mahilayon ko tambaku khane ki aadat hoti hain aur kuch mahilayen smoking yani dhumrpan bhi karti hai. Shayad aapko pata na hon ye aapke bacche ke sehat ke liye utna hi hanikarak hai jitna ki aapke liye, isliye pure pregnancy ke dauran aapko aise chijo se door hi rahna chahiye.

Maida - Jaisa ki hum sabhi jaante hai ki maida hmare swasth ke liye bilkul bhi achha nhi hota hai. Adhikatar snacks jaise samosa, noodles, pizza, ye sabhi maide se hi bnate hai. Maida ko pachana bhi mushkil hota hai jisase kabj ki sikayat ho jaati hai. Isliye jyada maida khane se bachhe.

To in sabhi baato ko dhyan rakhte hue aapko apne pregnanacy me bharpoor khayal rakhna chahie aur hmesha khush rahna chahie. Sath hi samay samay par halke- fulke exercise bhi karna chahie jisse aap aur aapka bachha dononhi swastha aur khus rahe.
