2nd Month Pregnancy Diet in Hindi

2nd month pregnancy matlab apko pregnant hue 5 hafte beet chuke hai. Bhot se mahiloyon ko pata bhi nahi chal pata ki wah pregnant hai aur jab pata chalta hai tab tak wah dusre mahine ke pregnancy me pouch chuke hote hai. Toh chaliye jante hai 2nd month pregnancy me hume kis tarah ka diet lena chahiye jisse apka baccha swasth roop se badh sake.

Second month pregnancy ke douran apko thodhi bahot taklif ho sakti hai jaise subah-subah tabiyat aur mood thik na hona aise me apko subah kuch khane ya pine ka man nahi karta. 2ND MONTH PREGNANCY DIET IN HINDI APKO KIS PRAKAR KA DIET LENA CHAHIYE: –

1. Folic Acid: Yani vitamin B, yah ek aisa vitamin hai jise pregnancy ke pahle kuch hafte jarur lena chahiye. Kyon ki yah apke bacche ke dimag ki kosikayon ko sahi dhang se badhne me help karta hai. Agar apke body me vitamin B ki kami rah gayi toh apka baccha baddimag bhi paida ho sakta hai.

Islye vitamin B lene ke liye ap palak, sabhi tarah ke anaj, beans yani sem fali kha sakte hai. Apko din bhar me lagbhag 400 mcg vitamin B ke jarur lena chahiye.

2. Iron: pregnancy ke is time pe apko daily 27 mg iron ki jarurat hoti hai kyon ki apke body me abhi khoon ki jarurat jyada hai taki apka baccha sahi dhand se badh sake. Agar apke body me iron ki kami ho gayi toh apko har wakt jyada thakan mehsus hoga iske sath-sath apko anemia jaise bimari ho jane ka khatra badh jata hai. Isliye ap kisi acche doctor se salah lene ke baad Iron ki goliyon ka sevan shuru kar sakte hai. waise ap ghar me palak aur khajur kha sakte hai kyon ki inme iron ki matra bhot hoti hai.

3. Calcium: Pregnancy ke is time me apke bache ki haddiyan ekdam lachili aur naram hoti hai unhe takat dene ke liye hume din bhar me kam se kam 1000 mg calcium jarur lena chahiye. Calcium lene ke liye ap dudh ya fir dudh se bani hue chijo ka sevan kar sakte hai. Uske sath-sath ap hari sabjiyan bhi kha sakte hai. Sahi anupat me calcium lene se bacche aur apki haddiyon ko majhbooti milta hai uske sath-sath dant bhi swasth rahta hai.

4. 2ND MONTH PREGNANCY DIET IN HINDI HUME KYA NAHI KHANA CHAHIYE:

Lakin isi chakkar me wah ye bhul jati hai ki kuch aise khane aur pine ki chize bhi hai joh apko toh acchi lagti hai lakin bacche ke liye wah bhot hani karak ho sakta hai. Toh chaliye jante hai apko kya-kya nahi khana chahiye.

1. Adha paka hua meat jaise chiken ya mutton tandoori, usme Listeria naamak bacteria paya jata hai joh apke bacche ke liye hanikarak ho sakta hai.

2. Soft Cheese: Aj kal log cheese khane ke soukin ho gaye hai, cheese burger, cheese pakora, sandwich, pizza in sabhi me cheese ka bhot istemal hota hai. Isliye aj me apko kuch aise cheese ke naam batane ja raha hun jinko pregnancy ke dauran khane se aapko aur bacche ko infection ho sakta hai kyon ki isme E. Coli namak bacteria paya jata hai. Toh un Cheese ke naam kuch is prakar hai: – Brie, Roquefort aur Cammbert.

3.
