Indian culture me bado ko samman dene ke liye dono hatho ko jodhkar namaste kiya jata hai. Lekin aaj kal ye tarika badal gya hai, log hath jodhkar namaste karne ke bajay Hi ya Hello shabado ka istemaal karate hai. Lekin hath milana aaj ke samay me bilkul bhi healthy nahi hai. Aaj puri duniya jis tarah ki mahamaari se juthha raha hai hath milana aise me bahut hi hanikarak sabit ho raha hai. To aise me namaste bahut hi kargar sabit hua hai. Namaste karne ke vaigyanik aur aaddhyatmik dono hi karan hai aur esake fayde bhi anek hai.

Meaning of Namaste –

Namaskar shabad Sanskrit bhasha se li gayi hai. “Namah” jiska hindi arth hai Pranam ya Abhivaadan karna. Namaste karne se hame spritual aur positive energy jyada se jyada milti hai.

Namaskar kai jagaho par kiya jana chahie jisme se kuch ko hum log ignore karte hai.

1- Sabse pahla namaskar subah uthakar Surya devta aur apne AAradhya ko karna chahie.

2- Ghar ke member ko bhi namaskar karna chahie, halaki mata-pita ke pair chhukar pranam karna chahie.

3- Apne hum umar vyakti aur padosi ko bhi namaskar kar sakte hai.

4- Kisi bhi abhyaas ko suru karne se pahle bhi apne Guru aur pratidwandi ko bhi namaskar kiya jata hai.

Namaste karne ka sahi tarika –

1- Samne khade ho jaeye aur umar ke hisab se sir ko jhukaye.

2- Apne dono hatho ko chest ke pass laeye aur hath jodiye.

3- Halki si prakartik muskurahat aur saumyata ke sath kahe “Namaste”.

Namaskar ke fayde

1- Prem aur Sneh badhata hai – Namaste karte samay hum apne dono hatho ko sinee ke samne jodhte hai. Yaha par ek chakkar hota hai jo prem aur sneh ka paratik hota hai. Esase apke andar dusro ke prati sneh ka bhaw aane lagta hai.

2- Blood circulation me sudhar – Hatho ko jodhane se sharir me blood circulation badhne lagata hai. Hmare sharir me do tarah ki emotions hote hai- Positive aur Negative. Jab hum kisi ko dono hatho ko jodha kar Namaskar karte hai to esase energ ka sanchar hota hai aur posivitity aane lagti hai.

3- Dil hota hai majboot – Hamare hath ke cells hamari brain ke cells se judhe hue hote hai. Namaste karte samay jab hatheliyo ko aapas me dabate hai to esase heartcircle aur ordercircle dono hi active ho jaate hai aur man shant aur khus ho jata hai. Sath hi aapka dil majboot hota hai aur aapke andar ka daar khatam hone lagta hai.
