To khoon ki kami se bachne ke iron yukat aahar lena chahie lagbhag 27 miligram iron apne aahar me lena chahie. Palak, hari sabjiya, beens , chawal dudh bhi daily apne aahar me shamil karna chahie.

2- Calcium yukat aahar - Calcium bhi bahut jaruri poshak tatwa hai jise apne daily ke aahar me shamil karna aaniwarya hai kyuki is charan aapke bachhe ki haddiyo ka nirman bhi ho rha hota hai to aapko kamkam daily 1000 miligram apne diet me lena chahie. Dudh, dahi, aur dudh se bani cheeje, machhali, egg, aur daliya lena chahie.

3- Magnesium yukat aahar - Magnesium aapke dawara liye gye calcium ko aawshoshit karega aur pair ki aithan se bhi raahat dega aur manspeshiyo ko aaram karne me madad krega. 1- Oily aur maasaledaar bhojan - Is daur me aapko jyada masale aur tali- bhuni hue cheeje khane se bachana chahie. Aur raat ko dinner me hamesha halka bhojan karna chahie.
