Protein kis se milta hai? hume sabse jada protein: Paneer, anda (egg), soya bean, kala chana, dodh (milk), chiken, baadam se milta hai, agar ap  yah janna cahte hai ki sabse jada protein kis aahar me paya jata hai, toh ap niche likhe gaye article ko padhe or protein yukt khana kha ke apne body ko mazboot or tandarust banaye.

Ek 19-70 age  ke aauraat ko din bhar me 46 gram protein chahiye hota hai.

Aur ek 19-70 saal k aadmi ko, din bhar me 56 grams protein ki jarurat hoti hai.

Agar body ko jayda protein mil raha hai toh, body use energy me badal deta hai, lakin dhyan rakhe jayda protein lene se apke liver par pressure padh sakta hai.

Kum protein lene se kya hota hai: Aagar apke body me iski kami hai toh, apki body growth thik se nahi ho payega or aap koi bhi kam thik se nahi kar payenge kyon ki apke muscle jaldi thak jayenge.

Doodh Se Bani Chize

Dudh se bani hue chizo me accha protein rehta hai jaise ki:

  1. Paneer (Indian cheese)
  2. Dahi (curd)
  3. Cheese
  4. Makkhan (butter)

Waise toh doodh se bani hue chizo me bhot sare vitamins rahte hai,  jisme se ek protein bhi hai.

Anaaz (serials)

  1. Chana (chick peas).

Chane ko bhigo le fir use ap kaccha ya fir boil karke bhi kha sakte hai.

  1. Chane ki daal.
  2. Soy beans.
  3. Razma daal.

Hume khane me har trah ki daal khani chahye, kyon ki daal me protein jyada rehta hai.

Dry Fruits:-

  1. Akhrot.
  2. Baadam.
  3. Kaazu.
  4. Kaddu ke beej
  5. Pista.

Upar diye gaye sabhi dry fruits me accha protein hota hai, jise ap thora thora har roz kha sakte hai.

Waise dekha jaye toh vegetarian khane ke mukable, non-vegetarian khane me jyada protein paya jata hai.

  1. Anda (Egg).

Ande ko ap boil karke ya fir omlet bana ke bhi kha skate hai. Ubla hua anda jyada accha rehta hai.

  1. Murgi (Chiken).

Hafte me 2 se 3 baar chiken khane se bhi body me protein ki matra acchi bani rehti hai.

2. Machhli (Fish).

Machhli ki khasiyaat yeh hai ki, hume isme protein ke sath-sath calcium aur dusre type ke vitamins bhi milta hai.

  1. Bakra (Mutton).

Aam tor pe bakre ke meat me jyada protein paya jata hai lakin ise jayada khane se apke body me charbi ki matra bhi badh sakti hai.

Agar apko high blood pressure hai, ya fir apke body me cholesterol jayda hai toh apko mutton nahi khana chahiye.

Agar apke sharir me kuch jayda hi protein ki kami hai toh, ap protein powder ka istemaal bhi kar sakte hai

Lakin sabse pehle ap kisi doctor ke pass jaye or usse pata kare ki apko kis trah ki diet ki jarurat hai.

Khud se koi bhi protein powder na khaye humesha doctors ki salah le.

Market me milne wala protein apke liye haani karak bhi ho skata hai.
