Sabse pahle dudh ko kisi bartan me garam kare, jab dudh me ubal ane lage tab use gas se utar kar thanda hone dijiye. Dudh ko jaldi thanda karne ke liye adha glass thanda pani ko ap dudh me daal sakte hai.

Jab dudh halka thanda ho jaye usme dhire-dhire nimbu ka ras dalte rahe aur spoon se use hilate rahe. Aisa karne par dudh fat jayeda aur kuch hi der me Chhaina aur pani alag-alag dikhai dene lagega. Aisa ho jane par nimbu ka ras dalna band kar dena chahiye.

Ab chaina me se chota-chota tukra nikal kar uske gol-gol laddoo ya fir gola bana lijiye, dhyan rahe gola ek dam chikna ho kahi se tuta-futa na hon. Agar laddo me kahi darar rah gayi toh rasgulla chashni me tut jayega. Chhaina se bane sare gole ko alag se kisi thali me gile kapde se dhak kar rakh dijiye.

Kisi bade bartan me 2 cup pani me chini milakar tez anch par garam kijiye. Aisa karne par chashni me ubal ane lagega tab chhaina ke gole ko usme dal dijiye. Ab bartan ko upar de dhak dena hai aur 20 minute tak chhaina ke g ole ko ubalne dena hai.

20 minute baad ap dekhenge ki chini wala pani gadha hone laga hai. Aisa ho jane par chashni me ek ya doh chammach pani dalte rahe taki wah gadha na ho jaye. Dhyan rahe aisa karte wakt gas ki anch tez honi chahiye aur hume chashni ko gadha hone se rokna hai.
