FIRST MONTH PREGNANCY DIET IN HINDI

1st month ke pregnancy me kuch mahilayon ko yah pata nahi chalta ki wah pregnant hai bhi yah nahi. Lakin jab achanak se apko periods ana band ho jate hai tab apke man me ek aisas hota hai ki shayad ap pregnant ho gaye hai.

Aise halat me Pregnancy ka pata lagane ka sabse accha tarika hai Pregnancy Test karna, agar test ke baad results positive ata hai toh aap 2 se 2.5 hafte ke pregnancy stage me hon. Yani aapke pregnancy ka first month already start ho gaya hai.

Ab aapke maan me dher sare vichar aa rahe hoge, ek taraf aapko khushi ka aisas hota hai wahi dusri tarf apko tarah-tarah ki chintaye hone lagti hai.  Jise ye sab me kaise manage karungi, mujhe aise halat me kya khana chahiye, mujhe kya karna chahiye ya kya nahi karna chahiye aur bhi na jane kya-kya.

Pregnancy ka pata chal jane ke baad sabse pahle, aapko apne life style ko change karna hota hai. Nahi toh ap anjane me hi garbh me pal rahe bacche ko hani pahucha sakte hai. Toh chaliye jante hai aapko apne jivan me kya kya badhlaw lane chahiye:-

  • Jyada vajan wali chije na uthaye.
  • Niyamit roop se postik aahar (balanced diet) lena chahiye.
  • Junk food yani bahar ka khana band kar dena chahiye.
  • Lambi doori aur taklif dah safar par nahi jana chahiye.
  • Gussa karna, ladai, jhagda aur jyada dukhi hone se bachna chahiye.
  • Apne jeevan sathi ke sath sambhog karna band kar dena chahiye.

Fikar karne ki koi baat nahi hai, agar aap upar kahi gayi baton ko achche se amal me late hai toh pregnancy ke douran aap aur aapke bacche ko koi khatra nahi hoga, aap dono ek dam swasth bane rahenge.

Toh chaliye jante hai ki first month pregnancy me aapko kis tarah ka diet lena chahiye jisse apke bacche ka vikas acche se ho sake aura age ja kar ap ek swast aur tandurust bacche ko janm de sake.

Shayad aapko pata na hon pregnancy ke pahle mahine me mahilayon ko bhot sari mushkilon ka samna karna padhta hai. Jaise vomiting hona, sar me dard hona, jee michalaana, soojan, preidos ke time pe dard hona, jayda bhookh lagna,  jada nind ana.

Sabhi mahilayon me ye sare lakshan alag-alag hote hai. Yah jaruri nahi ki aapko in sabhi taklifo ka samna karna pade, kuch taklife aapko jyada aur kuch kam hongi aur aisa hona aam baat hai isliye fikar karne ki koi baat nahi hai.

In sabhi taklifo ko kam karne ka ek hi upay hai aur who hai balanced aur healthy dite yani swasth aur postik bhojan. 1. Folate-Rich Foods: Halaki apke doctor ne aapko folic acid ke tablets diye hi honge lakin fir bhi apko apne tor pe flote-rich aahar lena chahiye. Kyon ki yah aapke garbh abastha ke mushkilon ko kam karke apke bacche ko badhne me madad karta hai. Folated rich food: – Santra, Aloo, fool gobi, anda, beans yani sem fali, aur hari sabjiyan wagera khana chahiye.

2. Vitamin B6: Yah ek jaruri vitamin hai joh har mahila ko first month pregnancy me jyada lena chahiye kyon ki Vitamin B6 vomiting aur jee michlanaa jaise taklifo ko kam karne me help karta hai. Vitamin B6 ke liye aap sabhi tarh ke anaj, fish yani macchi, mumfali ki chatni, kela, baadam aur akhrot wagera khana chahiye.

3. Fruits:  Phalo se accha aahar is duniyan me aur kuch bhi nahi. Kyon ki isme sabhi tarah ke vitamins paye jate hai joh ki healthy pregnancy ke liye behad jaruri hai. phalo me bharpur matra me Vitamins, taral/ pani, aur antioxidents paya jata hai. Kuch fruits me se hame fibre bhi milta hai. jiske karan hamara pachan tnatra accha rahta hai. Pregnancy ke first month se hin din me 3 baar phalo ka aahar jarur karna chahiye.

4. Milk Products: Agar apko dudh pine se koi taklif nahi hai toh, ap daily ise jarur piye kyon ki isme proteins, vitamins, calcium, water, healthy fats, folic acid and Vitamin D paya jata hai. Kuch mahilayon ko dudh pina accha nahi lagta aise me aap dudh se bani chije jaise: – dahi, paneer aadi ka sevan kar sakte hai.

5. Meats: First month ke pregnancy me chiken aur mutton khana bilkul safe hai, lakin dhyan rakkhe ki wah sahi dhang se paka hua hon. Kyon ki kacche meat me bacteria ho sakta hai joh apko aur bacche ko bimar kar sakta hai. Chicken aur meat Protein aur vitamins ka accha source hai joh apke bacche ke manspeshiyoon ko badhne me help karta hai.

6. Iron-Rich Foods:  Maa aur bacche ko jyada se jyada oxygen wale blood ki jarurat hoti hai. Khoon ki kami ko pura karne ke liye hame iron se bhar poor bhojan karna chahiye jaise ki :- Shalgam, palak, sem/ beans , dry fruits, mutton and chicken. Waise toh doctors 4 month ke pregnancy me iron ki goliyan dete hai lakin ap first month se hi upar bataye gaye bhojan ka sevan kare taki apko naturally iron mil sake.

7. Sugary Foods:  Apne khane me mitha jaise:- kheer, daliyan, goudh, semaiya, ganne ka ras, chini aadi. Mitha khane se hame din bhar me 200 se 300 extra calories prapt hoti hai. Jisse apke garbh me badh rahe bacche ko biksit hone me help milta hai.

1ST MONTH PREGNANCY ME HME KYA NAHI KHANA CHAHIYE?

Pregnant hone se pahle aap yah nahi sochte honge ki mujhe yah khana chahiye ya nahi. Lakin jab garbhbati ho gayi hai toh aapko apne diet pe bhot dhyan rakhna hoga kyon ulta- fulta khaya hua bhojan aapke adjanme bacche ko nuksan paoucha sakta hai isliye joh bhi khaye dhyan se khaye.

1. Garbh ko nuksan pouchane wale khadya padhart: – apke ghar ke bade aur bujurg logo ne aapko pahle hi bataya hoga hi ye na khao who na khao aur woh bilkul sahi bhi hai. Kuch fal aur khane ki chije aise hoti hai jiske karan aapka garbh pat hone ka daar bana rahta hai jaise ki: – pineapple (anaanaas), kaccha ya pakka papita aadi.

2. Seafood: Samundar ya dariya se prapt hone wale macchi ya bhojan aapko nahi khana chahiye kyon ki isme methyl-mercury, naamak tatwa paya jata hai joh ki garbh me pal rahe bacche ke brain ke vikas me rukawat paida karta hai. Agar aapko macchi khana hi hai toh mithe pani ki macchi khaye joh nadiyon aur talabo me paye jate hai.

3. Soft Cheeses:  Aj kal soft cheese khane ka chalan badh gaya hai log inhe bare chaw se khate hai fir chahe wah burger, sandwich, ya fir pizza hon inme bari matra me soft cheese dala jata hai, waise cheese khane me koi nuksan nahi hai hai lakin kuch cheese me bacteria bhi paye jate hai joh aapke garbh ko hani poucha sakta hai isliye, soft cheese na khaye wahi behtar rahega.

4. Packaged/Processed Foods: Market me milne wale sabhi packed khane ki chije jaise fruit juice, packed milk, aur bhi na jane kya kya. Kosis kare ki ap market se milne wale readymade khane ki chije na khaye kyon ki unme khatarnak bacteria aur jeevanu paye jaye hai joh aapke garbh ko nuksan poucha sakta hai.
