2- HALASAN
- 1-Pitha ke bal let jaye aur sans lete hue pairo ko dheere-dheere upar uthaye.
- Pairo ko sir ke piche le jaate hue, pith ko bhi upar le jate hue pairo ko jamin par tika de.

- Pith ke bal let kar dono pairo ko mila le.
- Dono hatho ko bagal me sata kar rakhe aur hatheliyo ko jameen par rakhe.
- Sans lete hue hatho ki madad se pairo ko upar ki taraf uthaye.
- Pairo ko 90 digree ya 120 digree par le jakar hatho ko kamar ke piche le jaeye.
- Kohini ko na uthane de aur pairo ko milakar upar rakhe.
- Kuch der aise hi kare. Fir apne normal pose me me aa jaye.
SARWANGSANA KE FAYDE
- Face ke dag- dhabbo ko mitane me madad karta hai.
- Face ka blood circulation ko badha deta hai jisase face glow karne lagta hai.
- Dry skin waalo ke liye ke kafi faydemand hai. Isase chehre ko highdrate rakhta hai, jisase chehre par nami aati hai.
4- ARDH MATSYENDRASANA
- Dono pairo ko failakar baith jaye. Dahine(right) pair ko modkar hills ke nitanb ke pas laye.
- Baaye(left) pair ko modkar dahine ghutne ke bahar jameen par rakhe.
- Dahine hath ko baaye pair ke ghutne ke pas le jaye aur baaye pair ke panjo ko pakde.
- Baaye hath ko bayi taraf se kamar me lapet le.
- Gardan(neck) ko piche ki taraf ghuma kar dekhe. Thodi der bad wapas apne normal pose me aa jaeye. Yahi prikriya dobara bhi kare.
ARDH MATSYENDRASANA KE FAYDE
- Yah thyroid gland ki function ko behtar bnata hai, jisase harmonse santulit rahte hai aur harmonce changes ke karan kisi tarah ki koi presani nahi hoti hai.
- Yah gale aur face ki skin ko flexible banata hai. Face par kasaw aata hai jisse apko milti hai toned skin.
5- SHAVAASAN
- Pith ke bal let jaye aur dono pairo ke bich 1 feet ka fasla rakhe.
