Salad banane ke liye aap tamatar, kheera, pyaz, shalgam, gajar, band gobi, mooli aadi ko acche se kat kar usme thora sa namak aur nimbu ka ras mila kar kha sakte hai.

Ek vayask insaan ko din bhar me 1.5 se 2 litre tak pani pina chahiye. Pani pine se ham din bhar taro taza bane rahte hai. Pani hamare sharir me moujood  toxic (vishaila) padhart ko mal aur mutra ke jariye bahar nikalne me madad karta hai.

Vajan kam karne ke liye aap khane se adhe ghante pehle bhar pet pani piye, isse apko bhook kam lagega aur ap kam khana khayenge. Din bhar me kam se kam 6 se 8 glass pani piye aur sath hi sath thora-thora bhojan karte rahe kuch dino tak aisa karne se apka body weight kam hona shuru ho jayega aur ap slim aur fit ban jayenge.

Kuch log vajan kam karne ke liye fasting yani upavaas karte hai. Joh ki bilkul bhi sahi nahi hai. Lambe samy tak upavaas karne se hamare sehat par bura asar padhta hai. Ham andar se kamjor hone lagte hai aur hamare sharir ki pratirodh shamta kam hone lagti hai. Jiske karan hame kaie prakar ke bimariyan ho sakti hai. Apne aap ko kamjor bana kar vajan kam karne ka kya fayda. Islye aapko niyamit roop se bhojan karna chahiye.
