DEPRESSION KE KARAN AUR BACHNE KE UPAY

Dipression ke sanket yadi vaqt rahate samajh aa jaen, to isase bahut aasani se bacha ja sakata hai. Yadi aapake ghar mein ya aapake aas pas koi vyakti aapako dipressed dikhe de, to khud aage badhakar usaki madad karen, usake saath vaqt bitaen, usaki samasya ko samajhane ki koshish karen, use dipression se bahar nikalane mein madad karen. Dipression ki shuruaat mein cheezon mein ruchi kam hone lagati hai, phir aap logon se katane lagate hain, samaajik samarohon mein jaane se katarate hain, ghar se baahar nahi nikalana chaahate, aapaka kisi kaam mein man nahin lagata. Aap bahut zyaada sone lagate hain, aapaka khaane ka man nahin karata. Jab ye sthiti mahino baad bhi nahin badalati, to man mein aatmahatya( suicide) ke khyaal aane lagate hain, jeene ki ruchi khatm hone lagati hai.

Dipression se baahar nikalane ke lie sabase zaroori hai kisi apane ka saath, jisase aap apane man ki har baat share kar saken. Isalie apane kareebi dost ya ghar ke kareebi sadasy ( member ) se apane man ki baat sheyar karen. Saath hi apani life -style mein badalaav karen. Niyamit exercise, yog, dhyaan, sahi aahaar, puri neend aadi se aap dipression se baahar nikal sakate hain. Yadi itana sab karane ke baad bhi koi sakaratmak parivartan ( positive thoughts ) na dikhae de, to experts ki madad len.

STRESS DUR KARNE KE UPAY

Stress ya tanaav aaj kee bhaaga- dauda bhari zindagi mein hamare jeewan ka hissa ban gaya hai. Aaj halat ye hain ki hum har chhoti-chhoti baat ka stress le lete hain, par ye stress hamare sehat ko na sirf buri tarah prabhavit karata hai, balki kai bimaariyon ka karan bhi ban jaata hai.

1) Rat mein sone se pahale hi agale din ki planing kar len. Aisa karane se aap kal ke liye taiyar rahenge ki agale din aapako kis samay kaun sa kaam karana hai. Kaam ka sahi prabandhan karake aap apana stress kafi had tak kam kar sakate hain.

2) Raat mein jaldi sone aur subah jaldi uthane ki aadat dalen, taki aapako paryapt neend mil sake. Subah jaldi uthane se aap workout ke lie aasani se samay nikaal payenge.

3) Kisi bhi kaam ko last minuts ke lie na rakhen, aap apane har kaam ko jitani jaldi nipata denge, aapaka tanav utana hi kam hota chala jaega. Esliye apana har kaam samay se karen.

4) Utana hi kaam haath mein len, jitana aap aasani se kar saken. Multi-tasking karane vaale kai log hamesha tanaav mein rahate hain isalie kaam ke saath-saath apani sehat ka bhi vishesh dhyaan rakhen.

5) Roz subah uthakar sabase pahale muskuraen aur man mein ye sochen ki aapaka aaj ka din bahut achchha beetane vaala hai.

6) Roz subah kuchh samay yog, dhyaan aur exercise ke lie zaroor nikaalen. Aisa karane se aapaka stemina badhega aur aap apane kaam ke prati zyada focused rahenge. Tanav door karake man ko shaant rakhe aur apana har kaam aasaani se poora kar lenge.

7) Apane khaan-paan par vishesh dhyaan den. Healthy diet len, aisa karane se aap hamesha fit aur healthy bane rahenge.

8) Apani hobbies ke lie samay nikaalen. Hamare shauk hamen khush rakhate hain aur hamara tanav door karate hain.

9) Aise logon se door rahen jo har samay nakaratmak ( negative ) baten karate hain. Aise logon ke saath rahen jo hamesha positive thoughts rakhate hain.

10) Hamesha achchhe kapade pahanen aur ban-than ke rahen. Aisa karane se aapaka confidence badhega aur aap apana har kam confidene se karenge, jisase aapako har kaam mein saphalata milegi aur aap khush rahenge.

11) Stress ko kam karne ke liye aap apne kam ke dauran thoda break le aur apni man-psand music bhi sun sane. Aisa karne se aapko achha feel hoga aur man bhi fresh feel krega.
