Balanced Diet During Pregnancy
  • Fiber se bhara aahar: jaise hari sabjiyan, fruits, sabhi tarah ke anaj, roti, khajur etc.
  • Iron-Rich Foods: jaise fish, chicken, egg ka pila wala hissa, matar, palak, soybeans, dry fruits etc. Din bhar me aapko 3 bar iron se yukt bhojan jarur karna chahiye.
  • Calcium-Rich Foods:  Pregnancy ke is stage me apko calcium khane ki sabse jyada jarurat hai. Calcium ke liye ap dudh ya usse bani chijo ka jyada se jyada sevan kare. Iske sath-sath daliya, baadaam, til ya til se bani chijo ka sevan kare.
  • Vit C-Rich Foods: 9 month ke pregnancy me apko vitamin-C lene ki jarurt jyada hoti hai. Vitamin-C ke liye aap nimbu, santra, mosambi, strawberry, tamatar, foolgobi aadi ka sevan kare.
  • Folic Acid-Rich Foods: prasab ke samay ane wale mushkilo ko kam ke liye hume folic acid se yukt bhojan karna chahiye islye aapko hari sabjiyan, kala chana, mung daal aadi ko apne bhojan me shamil karna chahiye.
  • Vit A-Rich Foods: Vitamin-A prapt karne ke liye apko gajar, palak, mitha aaloo, jaise bhojan ko apne aahar me shamil karna chahiye.

Caffeine: Agar aapko chai ya coffee pine ki aadat hai toh, use avoid karne ki kosis kare. Dhyan rakhkhe ki aap din bhar me 200 mg se jayda caffeine na le. Yah jaruri nahi ki sirf chai aye coffee me hi caffeine hota hai aur bhi bhot si aise chije hai jinme caffeine paya jata hai jaise chocolates, cold drinks, soft drinks etc.

Jiske karan aapko ya fir aapke bacche ko infection ho jane ka khatra rahta hai.
