3rd Month Pregnancy Diet In Hindi Kya Khaye Aur Kya Nahi?

Hume Khushi hai ki ap pregnancy ke third month me pravesh kar chuke hon. Yani ki apko pregnant hue lagbhag 8 se 12 hafte beet chuke hai. Aj me apko 3rd month pregnancy me kis trah ka diet lena chahiye us ke bare me batane ja raha hun.

Diet ke bare me janne se pahle, hum yah jan lete hai ki 3rd month pregnancy me apke body me kis tarah ke badlaw ho sakta hai, taki ap mansik aur sharirik  taur se apne ap ko tayiyar kar sake.

3RD MONTH PREGNANCY – APKE BODY ME HONE WALE CHANGES:

Pregnancy ke tisre mahine se apka wajan teji se badhne lagega uske sath-sath anya taklife jaise जी मिचलाना, jyada bhukh lagna, jyada nind ana jaise problems apko ho sakti hai. Lakin chinta karne ki koi baat nahi hai kyon ki 3rd month ke baad se apko ye sare problems hone band ho jayenge.

Ab Hum Janenge Apke Garbh Mein Hone Wale Badhlav Ke Bare Mein:

Is wakt apke garbh ke bhitar, Joh mans ka pind yani mas ka tukra jaisa hota hai. wah apna akar lena shuru karta hai. Yani is time apke garbh me bacche ka sharir  banna shuru ho jata hai .

3rd month pura hote-hote , garbh me baccha puri tarh se viksit ho jata hai jaise uske baal, danton ke masude, nakhun, heart (hirday), kidney, ankhe, ling aadi ka vikas purn roop se ho jata hai.

Dhyan dene wali baat yah hai ki, 3rd month ke hote-hote bhot sari mahilayon ka garbhpat ho jata hai ya hone ka khatra bana rahta hai. Isliye tisre mahine ki garbh avastha me apko apne diet pe khas dhyan dena padhta hai.

3RD MONTH PREGNANCY DIET IN HINDI:

Toh Chaliye Jante hai, tisre mahine ki garbh avastha me apko kis tarah ka diet lena chahiye jisse ap aur apka baccha swasth roop se badh sake.

1. Vitamin B6 Ka Sevan Kare:

Jaisa ki mene pahle hi kaha ki is time me apko जी मिचलाना ki sikyata jyada hogi. Jiske karan apko baar-baar ultiyan aa sakti hai, aisa hone par ap kamjor dikhne lagte hai aur apka chehra murjhaya hua lagta hai.

Aise mein apko Vitamin B6 ka sevan jyada karna chahiye, yah apke mood ko accha karta hai aur जी मिचलाना, ultiyan jaise lakshano ko kam karne me help karta hai.

Vitamin B6 ke liye ap khatte fhal jaise nimbu, santra, mousambi aadi kha sakte hai. Iske sath-sath aalo, hari sabjyan aur ande ka sevan bhi kar sakte hai.

2. Taze Fhal:

Fresh fruits

Pregnancy ke time me fhalo se achcha diet aur kuch bhi nahi kyon ki fhalo me antioxidants, har tarh ke vitamins, minerals, natural sugar aur fiber paye jate hai. Iske sath-sath yah apke body me pani ki kami ko bhi door karta hai. Humesha market me milne wale fresh fruits hi khaye.

3. Carbohydrates:

Carbohydrates apko aur apke garbh mein badhte hue bacche ko jaruri Shakti pradan karta hai. Isliye Carbohydrates ka sevan jyada se jyada kare, iske liye ap Roti, chawal, daliyan, aaloo kha sakte hai.

4. Meats:

Agar ap nonveg khana pasand karte hai toh, yahi sahi samay hai. Bus ap is baat ka dhyan rakhe ki meat sahi aur saf-sutre dhang se paka hua hon. Chiken, mutton, egg, fish (mithe ya taze pani wala) ka sevan jyada se jyada kare. Kyon ki inme bharpur marta me protein aur minerals paya jata hai joh apke bacche ke masnpesiyon ko tezi se badhne me madad karta hai.

5. Iron and Folate:

Yah doh khanij padharth, apke bachche ke dimagi aur sharirik bikas ke liye behad jaruri hai. Isliye apke diet me Shalgam, beetroot, chikoo, sem fali, santra, aaloo , anda aur har ek prakar ki hari sabjiyon ko jarur shamil kare.

6. Dairy Products:

Pregnancy se laker bacche ke paida hone ke baad bhi, apke liye duh ati abashyak hai. Kyon ki isme Calcium, vitamins aur minerals paya jata hai jisse bacche ke haddiyon ko majhbooti milti hai. Isliye rozana ap Dudh, dahi, ghee, khir aadi ka sevan jarur kare.

3RD MONTH PREGNANCY DIET IN HINDI – HUME KYA NAHI KHANA CHAHIYE

Apko pregnant hue 8 se 12 hafte beet chuke hai. Iske baad ap pregnancy ke second trimester, yani dusre charan me pouchne wale hai. Yah apke aur bacche ke liye ek najuk ghadi hai. Ilsiye apne diet ka apko jarur dhyan rakhna chahiye , kuch bhi anab-shanab khane se bache aur ho sake toh doctors se salah jarur lena chahiye.

Toh chaliye jante hai is time pe aise kon si khane ki chije hai  joh apko nahi khana chahiye:

1. Junk Food:

Junk food

Market me milne wale sabhi tarah ke readymade khane ki chije jaise, burger, pizza, Chinese, chaat masala, bhajiyan, pakore, tanddori chicken addi apko nahi khana chahiye. Kyon ki inhe saf suthre dhang se nahi banaya jata hai aur inme khatarnak bacteria (jeevanu) bhi paye jate hai joh apko aur apke bacche ko bimar kar sakta hai.

2. Seafood:

Sea Food yani samandar ya dariya se milne wala aahar jaise machhli, kekda aadi. Samandar se milne wale machliyon me Methylmercury namak tatwa paya jata hai. Joh ki bacche ke dimagi vikas me abrodh pradan karta hai.

Agar apke body me Methylmercury jyada ho gaya toh apka baccha mansik taur se apang bhi paida ho sakta hai. Isliye pregnancy ke time pe taze pani ki machchliyon ka hi sevan kare.

3. Tinned Food:

Yani band dibbo me milne wali khane ki chije jaise:-  aachar,  rasgulle,  fruit juice, aur bhi na jane kya-kya. Darasal band dibbo me milne wale khane ko lambe samay tak surakshit rakhne ke liye unme chemical milaya jata hai. Joh apke bacche ke sehat ke liye bilkul bhi sahi nahi hai.

4. Nashili Chije:

Jaisa ki hum sabhi jante hai hai, nashili chije sehat ke liye hanikarak hoti hai. Lakin iske bavjood kuch mahilayen pregnant hone ke baad bhi inka sevan karti rahti hai jaise smoking, drinking, tabaco chewing.

Pregnancy ke time pe nasha karne par apko aur bacche ko ghambhir se nuksan pouchta hai, kaie mamlon me aisa bhi dekha gaya hai ki garbhabstha ke daouran nasha karne ke karan mahilaon ka garbh pat ho jata hai ya fir bacche cancer jaise bimari ke sath paida hota.

Isliye mera apse anurodh hai, pregnancy ke time pe kisi bhi prakar ka nasha na kare ap swasth rahe  aur apne bacche ko bhi swasth rakkhe.
